- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 avocados, pitted and cut into pieces
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup chipotle mayo (adjust depending on how big your chicken is and how much mayo you like)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Adding more mayo or seasoning as needed.
- Spoon chicken salad onto bread or into pita and enjoy!
