How to make Lime Basil Chicken

1. marinate the chicken with a dash of starch, salt, light soya sauce, pepper and sesame oil
2. throw everything together in the pan and stir fry
3. add the basil leaves and a sprinkling of lime towards the end
4. serve with rice
